Return, Exchange, and Warranty
At WinkerYo your satisfaction is a guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within seven days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.
Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund. Refund for items purchased by credit card will be transferred ONLY to credit card account.
Any product purchased within seven days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel’s or manufacturer’s authorized service center technician, as applicable. The process can take up to four business days. Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and product not defective, unused, no visible scratches or marks observed, a re-stocking fee of 15 percent will be deducted while making exchange/refund.
Product must be returned with all the original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Free of Cost/Bundled Items and Promotional Vouchers.
Service, delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.
Special order items or cut cable/wire are not refundable.
Store Management will act as per the above policies and Store Management’s decision will be treated as a final decision.
The warranty tendered hereunder, on the product(s) sold under this invoice has been provided exclusively by their respective Authorised Agents/Distributors and are limited to INDIA for one year from the date of this invoice, except otherwise mentioned as per the warranty conditions as carried along with the products(s) or mentioned on WinkerYo Invoice.
Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand owner/supplier and WinkerYo is a facilitator only.
Accessories, Batteries, and consumables are not covered under warranty.
Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/ another service center.
Please retain sales invoice and warranty card to claim warranty.
Warranty is applicable within the limits of UAE only, unless specified.
In case of any manufacturing defect, all items purchased from WinkerYo will be either exchanged or refunded within 7 days of the date of receiving.

If the product is damaged, scratched or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable.

Time and cost of transit vary depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from and can be considerably high for international destinations. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
You will receive a tracking number from us after 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s).
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.

Orders Will Be Shipped Within Within 6-7 Business Days. The Delivery Person Will Call You Before They Deliver The Order To Give You A Time When They Intend To Arrive. If You Are Not Available During That Time Frame, They Will Try Delivering It To You Again. If you’re still not able To Receive the Order after 3 Tries, The Order Will Be Returned Back To Us. After The Third Try Please Call Us Within 24 Hours And We’ll Schedule A Date And Time To Deliver That Works For You Better.
